Well, there's a new announcement group where you can learn about each month's current releases. It's called Infinite Worlds of Fantasy Authors, a great group, and I'm a member there.
This isn't a chat-type group. Authors will post new release announcements and review news only--each item just once, you won't be barraged by the same excerpt over and over--and you'll learn about some great books. :)
